Summer Bishil (born June 15 on the 15th of June, 1985) is an American actress, best known for playing Margo for the role of Margo on The Magicians, a Syfy drama series based on a fantasy that ran from 2015 to present. In the Alan Ball movie Towelhead, she played the 13-year old Lebanese American young girl Jasira who experiences a tumultuous existence in the backdrop of the U.S. invasion of Iraq during the Gulf War. In 2007, she was chosen by Variety as one of the 10 actors to watch. Her character was a powerful one Taslima Jahangir in 2009's crime-drama film Crossing Over for which she was nominated for the Independent Spirit Award in the Best Female Leading Actress category. Alongside Lucky 7, she has been as a character in Mooz Lum The Last Airbender Pop Star, Under the Silver Lake and a number of TV guest characters.
